About the Owner:

Vincent Lee is the founder of Lee Enterprises LLC and owner/manager of Top Cuts for Ladies and Gents established in 2016 in Blacksburg, Virginia. Mr. Lee is a graduate of Longwood University with a Bachelors of Science in Education. Vincent is a licensed barber in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is recognized as a Master Barber by his peers.

Mr. Lee is a former elementary and secondary educator in Virginia. He has also served as an administrator under the division of student affairs at four Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).

Leader in the Community:

Mr. Lee is a board member for the Sparks Education Empowerment Program Inc. Princeton, West Virginia. He is a contributor to the local organizations including the Boy Scouts, food bank, and the NAACP.  He is also a consultant for Maxx Performance in Roanoke, Virginia. Mr. Lee annually participates in the VTCC freshman cut event held on Virginia Tech’s campus. He is also an avid gardener and is continual participant and advocate of the local YMCA community garden.  As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Mr. Lee continues to uphold the traditions of his organization by being a supporter of Virginia Tech’s historically black fraternities and sororities.

Top Cuts Mission Statement:

We at Top Cuts strive to provide women, men, and children cosmetology services within an old school barbershop environment with a high degree of excellence.  We maintain an inclusive and diverse Barbershop/Salon that provides hair maintenance services for the NRV community, including local professionals and students by licensed cosmetology professionals.
